I have a set of 3020 that are lab that I need another set (for consistency) but the 3020 are not available for purchase.after today. Is there a way to switch these to prod (for an additional cost)?

Reach out to your account team to see if they would be able to do anything for you. Unfortunately the device itself was purchased as a lab unit, so it's not just the subscriptions that you have to make good on really.

From what I recall, once you go lab you can never go back. You can however convert from production to lab. It is quite possible I have that completely backwards but I do know one of the directions is a one time switch.
