Dear all
I have ftp server and two user use this ftp from different network
i want to create NAT
ftp server IP is 192.168.30.30
user 1 192.168.40.1
user 2 192.168.50.1
user can send and recieve from ftp server

You shouldn't need to setup a NAT rule to allow traffic from the Users to the FTP server (for Uploads or Downloads). Both the FTP Server and the Users are in RFC1918 private address space. You should only require a Security Policy and routing to allow this traffic.
