Hi, I still have an old Cortex XDR app on my MacBook from an old employer that I'm not able to contact.
When I try to delete it, I get a dialogue box that says I can't move it to the trash because it's still open.
Can anyone help with how I might be able to delete it?

There's protections in place to actually restrict removal of the agent in a standard deployment. You'll need to reinstall macOS if you have administrative permissions if you can't contact your old employer and have them remove it.
