dynamic block list

The setting for the dynamic blocklist gives you the selection of hourly, daily and weekly at _____. I understand the hourly, daily and weekly increment but at refers to what ?

If you choose Hourly, the "at ___" is the minutes of the hour. 00 would be on the hour, 15 would be fifteen minutes after the hour, and so forth.

Change it to Daily, and the "at ___" value changes to require a HH:MM value.

Weekly asks you for a day of the week, with the HH:MM value as well.

Finally, Monthly asks you for 1-31 and the HH:MM value. Choose a value of 28 or less to know exactly what day it's going to be on. I don't know off the top of my head what happens in February if you choose anything past 28.
