Dynamic Service Groups?

Is there a way to have a Dynamic Service Group, similar to Dynamic Address Groups?

Apart from some scripting and API calls your only option is feature request.

Maybe try using application filter with tags as each new app tagged with the same tag will automatically be added to the app filter and you can add the filter in an application group:
