Hello,
You can use the AntiVirus policies to inspect the files for malicious content. You can block them with a File Blocking profile. However the best way for email is to use an email gateway/spam filter. Since some of the connections with be TLS, you'll have to decrypt them so it could break legitimate inbound email flow.
