I created a rule for URL and tick the enforce safe search. When it enabled, if I want to do the google search, I have to log in my account and pick lock safe search. Otherwise, it will block me.
I think it is hard to use in my case, which is a school and have lots of students around 5-6 years. it is too hard for them to do register a google account before they do google search.
Is anybody have any other advices to enforce safe search without lock safe search.

In order to enforce "SafeSearch" in the browser, you HAVE to have "SafeSearch On". There is no bypassing this.
Now, please remember that you do not need to have a gmail account to enable safe search.
I just tested this. Please log out of gmail, and then go to Google.com.
In the upper right, click on the gear to configure -> Search Settings.
Inside there select "Filter explicit results." Then scroll to the bottom and hit save. You are done.
NOTE: To the right of the "Filter explicit results.", you will see "Lock SafeSearch".. which then requires you to log into a gmail account. This is not needed.
This should not be hard for a 5 - 6 year old to accomplish and does not require a gmail account.
