What is causing this failed commit:
Failed commit shared->botnet->configuration->http->dynamic-dns unexpected here

I faces this issue only in PAN OS 4.0 beta
Go to Monitor - Botnet - configuration
and turn everything off.
Then you should be able again to commit successfully

Possibly invalid object/zone references causing shared commits to fail so you'll need to make sure all objects referenced in the commit are shared. To garner more information, try this from the cli. Otherwise, please open a case with Support for further debugging.
