You'll need to reach out to your local sales team or VAR to give you a trial license.

Most major cloud platforms (GCS, Azure, AWS,...) also have 'free' trials

I think Palo alto does not provide a trial license from the portal but the Sales/Account managers can help to get you one.
For the Learning or Lab, the smallest category of trial license should do the work without a license you might not see the full functionality or capabilities.
