I may be doing something wrong on my end, but I have a few things that could improve the product a bit. I am using the latest version 1.2.3-6.
1) When using On-Demand basic mode I cannot click File > Connect. The option is grayed out. However I can right-click in the taskbar and choose connect. I am then prompted for my credentials. This should also work from File > Connect. If I have advanced mode disabled, users cannot get connected as they are trying from the client. The right-click in the taskbar is the only workaround.
2) When the username/password dialog pops up. It should have focus and the cursor should move to the username box. This cuts down on additional mouse clicks and allows the user to start typing quicker.
3) After entering credentials, the icon in the taskbar has no indication that a connection is occurring. It still contains the red X There should be a balloon popup or something to notify them that the connection is occurring. At times people think that the connection has failed, but if they wait 15 seconds it succeeds._
