global protect client - config refresh test and verify

Is there any way i can test and verify the config refresh  time in global protect client running 4.1.4?

how about setting the refresh rate to 1 hour and "allow user to disable GP" = disallow

 

connect via GP to get new app config.

 

leave device connected and then modify "allow user to disable GP" = allow

 

stay connected for 1 hour and see if you have the option to disable the client.

yeah me too... set it off justr after 3 so will update,,,, gonna check the logs also to see if it is mentioned in there...

cool.... disable option is now visible...

 

and the log says...   msgtype = refresh-configuration

 

and tunnel stayed connected.

i end the process and killed the process
