Due to the Void-19 situation and users having to work from home. My company want to reduce bandwidth Utilization by excluding Zoom traffic through global protect. the I.T team has decided to exclude zoom by configuring the "Exclude Client application process name" and adding the path in windows program file for both Win10 and 7.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\Zoom Outlook Plugin\plugin_Launcher.exe
C:\Program Files\Zoom\Zoom Outlook Plugin\plugin_Launcher.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\bin\zoom.exe
C:\Program Files\Zoom\bin\zoom.exe
After Implementing those changes, zoom traffic is still routing through the GP client. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Do you actually have an active GlobalProtect subscription on this firewall? If not, you can go to the support portal and generate a trial subscription for the next 60-days.
