I have blocked WhatsApp on my laptop but not blocking on my mobile. My laptop going to authenticate throw the Active directory.
Also, my mobile wifi going to authenticate throw the Active directory but on mobile WhatsApp not going to block please suggest.

Hello @jagannathkale , ideas that can give us more details and information.
It is possible that the LAN vs. wireless network may have different privileges and access policies, more or less permissive, depending on the network.

Hello,
I would say block it and leave the User-ID portion blank. This way its blocked for everyone regardless of connection type. Just make sure to have the wireless zone and/or subnet as the source of the policy.

How is the firewall identifying the traffic ?
I mean, do the logs actually show whatsapp as the application and are the users correctly being identified if you check the logs ?

Logs show WhatsApp base application but on mobile its not blocking through AD authentication, I blocked by IP on policy then its going to block on mobile. I need to block through AD authentication on mobile wifi.
