I have created a custom report to track all VPN users by subnet.. I parsed it to user and total bytes.. however, I can only get maximum 500 lines.. we have 1000 GP users, anyway around this?

Custom report has a limitation of 500 lines, you might want to filter the traffic logs based on subnets (addr.src in x.x.x.x/x) and export it to a CSV file (last option on the right hand corner ).
