Hi
I want to know if there is a way not to allow old GlobalProtect Agent to connect to the Palo Alto network firewall?
But allowing to update the client before logging on to the VPN?

Network > GlobalProtect > Portals
Open Portal config.
Agent tab.
Click on config you have there.
App tab.
Fourth option from the top.
Click Accept as Solution to acknowledge that the answer to your question has been provided.
