Hi,
Is it possible to silently upgrade Global Protect from v1.2.3 to v1.2.10?
I have tried to upgrade using msi, but this still remain the old version.
Thanks,
Daisuke

Hello Daisuke,
If you are trying to apply the new GP version for a large audience, then install the new GP agent versiononthe PAN FW first and then set the Agent upgrade option as "transparent".
For a single machine, you may install from the MSI file. In case of any issue, you may try to restart the GPS service on your windows machine and try once.
Thanks

Thanks for your help Hulk. I've solved the problem.
If you want to manually install GP client using MSI file, you must first uninstall the old version.
The following is the way to uninstall GlobalProtect silently.
> msiexec /x GlobalProtect.msi(old version) /q
Thanks,
