GlobalProtect Internal/External Network Detection Status

Not applicable

I have a firewall setup as a gateway/portal allowing users GlobalProtect client to prelogin and/or automatically log in when not on the corporate network.  This is in the early testing stages and what I am noticing is the following.  If I am on the internal network (determined by Internal Host Detection) and then switch to an external wireless connection, the GlobalProtect client does not update its status from internal to connected.....I know that I can do a rediscover network, but end users are not going to remember to do that, so I am asking if there is a way that the GlobalProtect client can auto update so it knows it is not internal anymore?!  Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

Thanks,

Corey

Are you using GP client < 1.2.7 ? There's a bug along these lines which is fixed in 1.27 ?
