We have just moved a new PAN2020 into production and are slowing starting to move users over to the new system. We are running the following: PAN2020 v3.14 using the LDAP Agent v3.12.
The firewall is not updating Group changes. I have the update set to 60 sec in LDAP Server config. I read the note that was posted on this on the 14th and am unable to find the group setting it mentions on the 3.12 agent.
What am I missing? I need this to pick up on Group adds and Group Membership changes.
Thanks.

As an update to this question. If I run: show user ldap-server server all. The new group does show up, listing all of the members. But if run: show user user-ip-mapping ip <address of one of users in group> it does not show the association.

Well, it turns out that if you actually create a policy that references the User group and application Group that was created, it works. Imagine that.
It is working. 😉
Thanks.
