By the way, the host windows before had the agent version 7.9.0.20664 and neither couldn´t upgrade windows.

There's not widespread issues being reported and it sounds like you only have a single host experiencing this issue correct? I don't think this is being caused by XDR, it's just a host having upgrade issues. What's the actual behavior that you're seeing that is making you think that this is related to XDR?

Hi BPry, yes it´s a single host having upgrade issues. I only have the report from this single user stating that since he installed the client, he is unable to update windows.
