How Can I Uninstall GlobalProtect Client Mac OS X without install package?

L0 Member

My previous employer used GlobalProtect and I'd like to uninstall it from my Macbook Pro running OS X. I no longer have access to the install package which seems to be the only instruction I could find to intiate the uninstall process. Is there a generic version of GP that I can use to uninstall without begging for portal access from my old employer?

@paloboyy,

Uninstall via terminal by running $ sudo /Applications/GlobalProtect.app/Contents/Resources/uninstall_gp.sh

If you have GP installed then you should have this file aswell, just keep in mind that depending on the GP settings you can be blocked from uninstalling this. Part of your off-boarding should have been uninstalling GP from all personal devices, or at least instructions on how to do so.
