Is there any way to block all flv streaming media for all applicatons that uses flv streaming through web-browsing?
(I could'nt find any application describes "flv" except "Flash application".
But "Flash application" blocks all flash content and this is not acceptable )

We do not have an application signature specific to the FLV format. But if they are downloading an actual flv file, we do have a file blocking signature. You probably need to get a sniffer trace of a smple file stream and see if the header contains any unique identifier. Then you could try to create a signature for a custom application.
