Email alerting in Log Settings->System is set to high and critical only, Does anyone know why we receive low level email threat alerts from the file blocking security profile? We detect and alert on all file types - however, we do not necessarily wish to see all file transfers as email alerts. Any suggestions on how to tune this?

You may look at Log forwarding under Objects tab.
You can configure email setting and you can use this configuration in security policy (under options).
