I guess you have already checked page 59 in the administration guide (if you are using 4.1.x)?

Palo Alto Networks Administrator's Guide Release 4.1 (English)

Doesnt seem to have much options... you basically setup the ip:port of the netflow-collector along with some refreshment settings and thats it...
