can any one advice about how to configure the netflow on paloalto fierwall ?

I guess you have already checked page 59 in the administration guide (if you are using 4.1.x)?

Doesnt seem to have much options... you basically setup the ip:port of the netflow-collector along with some refreshment settings and thats it...
