Can someone in this forum redirect me to the Downloads page for downloading PAN OS VM's, so that i can download them for KVM etc. and then order a license?

Yes please contact sales for the trial licenses. No, no other limitation. Most of the things just work without the licences.

or Google for OVA file ;). Remmember if VM has no active licences you will not be able to see any traffic logs in the monitoring tab
