Hi,
You might need to have at least one device registered under your support account so you can have access to the updates:

If you are looking to download Panorama you will need to have a contract associated with your account to give you rights to download the image. If you would like to test Panorama in your enviroment I would contact your SE and have him generate a trial/POC license for you, then you'll have access to download Panorama directly from the support page.

Wow..isn't there any google method for Panaorama as you suggested for PAN-OS?

It's not recommended to get these files from Google. No one actually has the rights to redistribute Palo Alto files and I doubt they really like that you can find VM files kicking about.
Truth be told Panorama is so centralized to actually having firewalls (plural being a key point) already in place. In that situation you would already have an SE assigned to your account and it would take a quick email to get the files. Even if you are only interested in playing around with Panorama so that you can pass your PCNSE testing an SE won't have any issue giving you an evaluation license to do so.
I really don't recommend downloading any Palo Alto software from Google even if you are able to locate it, there are easier and more legal ways to accomplish getting a chance to play with the product.

Besides it isn't legal and probably difficult to find ...
You know that you are going to use a product/software (PaloAlto VM Firewall/Panorama) that is intended to SECURE your network, right? So when using a security product, how can you even think about downloading the software from somewhere on the internet and not directly from the developer, where you can be sure that you really get what you expect and not something that could have been modified (worst case) in a way to give someone unrestricted access to your firewall/network and you will never know about?

Hi,
As you can see Panorama only available only for ESXi Hypervisor at the moment. You can ask your SE, so they can tell you more info.

Because of the fact, that Panorama already runs perfectly fine on hyper-v, it should not be a big deal for PAN to also add official support for Azure and Hyper-V. But as mentionned already by @TranceforLife, to (try to) get an answer if this official support will be added in a future release, you have to ask your SE.
