how to force reauthenticate captive portal when cookie is enabled

is it possible to do that

with commands clear user or debug user-id reset captive-portal it is not logging out.

So to be clear, you're running 'clear user-cache ip *.*.*.*' or something of that nature right. That only clears out the DP cache, not the MP.

Try the following when you clear a user, using 10.191.16.61 as an example IP.

' clear user-cache ip 10.191.16.61'

' clear user-chace-mp ip 10.191.16.61' 

Does that get you around the cookie?

using the command

debug l3svc reset user-cache ...

and clearing user cache and mp user cache works

You have to use both
