Is it possible configure Palo Alto VM for mapping special ip address to Global Protect client? (Static IP)

Do you mean like a static IP for a specific GP client user? You can do that through the GlobalProtect Gateway settings under 'Client Settings'. You can find more documentation on that feature here:
