Hi All,..
We have installed User ID agent 4.1.5 showing ip to user mapping or traffic, now we are looking to place a user based policies but in AD users are directly belong to OU which we cant add in the include group option in group mapping.. is der any way to get user names in policies?

Hi..The individual usernames should be available in the Security Rules and you can define policies to match the usernames. The include group option in Group Mapping is meant to limit the number of groups that will be available for use in policies. For example, your AD may contain 50,000 groups and you plan to use only 200 of those groups. You would use the include group option to attach the 200 groups.
