We recently switched to GlobalProtect from another solution which also had DNS content filtering built in. It had alot more content categories which we are finding is generating alot of tickets due to blocks for items allowed in our old system. How can I go about requesting Cannabis and Photo Storage be considered for new Content Categories? Thank you.

I'd likely start with your AM or SE on your account to start the ball rolling, as I'd assume these are technically under feature requests.
