I love when all the ticket queues are empty and there is still time left in the day ...

I used to be able to just hit GET HELP and fill out the form.
now it goes into some FRUSTRATING loop of AI help... and then dumps me into the Live Community.

Why can't there just be a Create A trouble Ticket button, that is why we are coming to this site to begin with...

MOST all other vendors make it easy to get support, but PA is getting harder and harder to get help from.

I can't even get my Salesman or Sales Engineer to respond to my phone calls or Emails... So here I sit spending a lot of money for FW's and can't get any help.
