Enhanced Security Measures in Place: To ensure a safer experience, we’ve implemented additional, temporary security measures for all users.

Hi.
I've noticed the following error in my PA logs this morning
12/07 09:30:54 | general | informational | general | Pan-Agent read log error: 10.1.30.142 716 time(s) |
However, I've checked the DC the agent is running on and it doesn't appear to have any errors - it's enumerating users to IP addresses fine and the agent itself reports "No Errors" in the status field.
What does this error mean? Is it a failure fo the firewall to communicate with the agent, or a failure fo the agent to read the security logs properly? 716 occurances seems to be quite high.
checking back through the logs I'm seeing this error on more than one occasion, and sometimes it reports up to 15000(!) errors.
Is this something I should be worried about, or it a temporary problem which auto-corrects the next time the successful connection is made?
Thanks.

Hello,
I also receive this error from time to time. When it happens - I remove the IP of the AD server in question and then the PAN agent runs fine. Typically I wait an hour or so and put the IP back and the agent is happy again. It hasn't happened in a while, so I never placed a call on it. And the frequency of the issue went down dramatically with the last PAN agent update.
