VMware tools is not supported today in Panorama.  Should you wish to request it, please contact your local Systems Engineer and file a feature request.

So if it is not supported, how can we confirm that, is there any document mentions that?

Palo Alto Networks does not document each and every thing that is "not" supported.  There is already a feature request open for adding VMware Tools into Panorama.  Please contact your local Systems Engineer and have your name added to the list.
