when i run command

is there any way i can delete these files?
or only TAC can do this?

"crashinfo" isn't a file. These are directories (as you can see because of the "d" at the beginning of the line) and they cannot be deleted.

Hi,
if we cannot delete these crash-info directory!. When will these directories get cleared??
I am trying to understand what process/mechanism the firewall performs to clear these directories .
