OK so we purchased 8 PA-450's to replace our 3020's to run GlobalProtect.
one of them out of the box does not boot up. just sits ther with a yellow light...
tried several power chords and aslo used same chord to power up other boxes...
I have logged a call and sent the serial number etc as we do have premium support.....
the box is on our asset list along with support and GlobalProtect license...
It turns out that Palo Alto require a photo of the front and of the back of the box before they agree to replace it...
This is going to mean a 500 mile round trip to take pictures of a box that I will be posting to them...
I don't get it...
could someone please enlighten me...
