Hi, i have an issue when i tried to import the App & threat file into my palo alto but it shows the following error,
From device -> license, I can see my threat license is still valid. and not yet expired.
I read through this KB, but I only can see this solution can be apply if my threat license is expired shown on my device.
does anyone know the solution to this?

Hello,
Try having the PAN retrieve the licenses from the server. By default it will try to use the Management interface. Dont apply any security profiles to the policy that allows the specific traffic and also do not decrypt it.

Our PAN is air-gapped hence we can only manually upload license key

So can I check If I should delete the threat license key and reupload again?
