Currently we are facing a peculiar issue with Linux system, which when connected to URL but are unable to fetch the OSquery packs from the mentioned URL. The same url is working properly when the linux system is connected to an open internet & able to download the packs.
We have already allowed the Destination ip’s of URL in our firewalls.

First thing you should look at is any traffic that is getting denied from the source address (ensuring that the interzone-default policy is set to log). The second thing would be if you are attempting to decrypt the traffic when routing through the firewall.
