Logging DNS, NTP, etc

I am curious if others are logging DNS, NTP, OCSP, and other lower level protocols being used by their clients.  It seems kind of like a waste of electrons to do so.

I agree. Generally speaking, it's not recommended to log above mention traffic.

I agree with HULK...not much of a purpose to it, especially if you are also utilizing mail relays/iron mails/etc.
