M500 Log Retention Time reduced from 1 year to 180 days and Free Space

We have M500 as dedicated Log collector mode.

Last week I changes the Log Retention from 365 to 180 days.

Still Free space is only 300GB.

Total space is 20 Tera Byte.

Will I get any more free space or not as oldest log is set to 180 days?

@MP18  MPThe logs are rotated when they reach the configured dedicated storage space for each log type or when they reach the configured retention days, if sooner than reaching the disk quota.

If retention is set for 365 days, but your logs normally rotate every 100 days based on disk space, then reducing it to 180 will not change disk space used.
