I've come across a few websites, when I run the URL in Brightcloud, can contain anywhere from 2 to 5 categories.
When a URL has multiple categories in Brightcloud, which one does Palo Alto Networks choose?
Here is a good example.
www.coffeed.com (coffee Forum)
Under PAN it shows up as
Sex Education
Under brightcloud it shows up as
Sex Education
Internet Communications
Streaming Media
Philosophy and Political Advocacy
Personal sites and Blogs

If there are multiple categories associated with a URL, we use the category with the higher confidence score. If you feel that the site needs to be categorized in a different order of confidence, please request a categorization change at: http://brightcloud.com/support/changerequest.php.
