Does anyone know if NEC Yealink IP phones will work behind a PA-440 with ALG disabled?
Thank you

Just to be clear, you're using a NEC phone system that utilized Yealink phones right? That's how I'm interpreting your question.
Either way this will be fine as long as you can configure the NAT statements and security policy correctly. You'll likely want to disable ALG, but it also isn't a requirement in all situations. Since there's multiple different ways that this may actually be configured and how your trunk is configured on the NEC, this is somewhat harder to provide any configuration guidance on.
