I am having a difficult time registering as a partner. It does not accept my email address.
What do i need to do on order to correct the issue.

Did you go here to register: Partner Registration (site.com)
you must have a corprorate email address (not a free one like gmail) to be able to register

Yes I did go to that site.
I was working with a partner and he sent me a list of courses to take to help me achieve network security engineer certification, however I do not have access to the courses because you have to be a partner in order to have access to them.
