new sessions and max sessions

Hi,

What are the differnces between the metric new sessions and max sessions .

I can see sessions per sessions from cli .How can i see new sessions count .

grep dp-log dp-monitor.log pattern "Number of active sessions"

Will show you number of active sessions over period of time.

grep dp-log dp-monitor.log pattern "New connection establish rate"

Will show you number of new connections per second.

grep dp-log dp-monitor.log

Will show more parameters.

You can use the following commands to get the number of session that are active

PA> show system statistics session

PA> show session info
