no puedo entrar a mi PA 200 por web me aparece session timed out

Tengo un PAN 200 con versión de 5.0.9 y con este espacio en disco

/dev/sda8             2.4G  466M  1.8G  21% /opt/panlogs

Investigando me encontré que el problema puede ser por que el disco esta saturado, y que hay que borrar algunos log y despues que funcione subir la version mas resiente como la 6.

Pero ya no encontré que log hay que borrar. ¿alguien me pudiera ayudar?

es un bug 66208. actualice a 6.0.7

¿podría comprobar los registros de amenazas en su firewall PAN (de CLI) , si los hay " intentos fallidos SSH " registro . Se va a crear un archivo btmp grande en / var / log / . Puede que tenga que ponerse en contacto con PAN suppport obtener acceso raíz del firewall sartén y eliminar ese archivo.

Comando de la CLI :

> show log threat direction equal backword

Gracias por sus respuestas, ¿pero alguien sabe cual log hay que borrar? o ¿tengo que hablarle a fuerzas a una persona de soporte de PAN, para que entre con root y me elimine el LOG?

Hi Cgaona,

/var/log/btmp  archivo necesita ser eliminado. Sólo ingeniero TAC puede hacerlo con acceso root especializada.
