We have PA-220 running on PAN-OS 10.0.6. Upon checking the Threat logs via GUI no threat logs are visible . So we had checked on the CLI of the firewall for any threat logs but no luck.
The firewall have all the required licenses. 13 percent disk space quota is allocated for the Threat logs. The disk space utilization is also healthy.
Had anyone faced the same issue before.

Is this only Threat logs you are not seeing or all the other log types as well? Have you tried to restart process: debug software restart process log-receiver ?

We had tried restarting the log-receiver process. Only we are not able to see the Threat logs. Traffic logs, URL logs and other logs are visible.
