I have been using MeldMeld for several months in a lab environment with great success. Recently I setup a new server for our production firewalls but I have encountered a problem that I have not been able to solve.
I can query MindMeld using a regular web browser with no problems and obtain expected ranges of IP's by using the following URL format https://<MindMeldServer>/feeds/inboundfeedhc?v=panosurl. When I enter the same URL in an external dynamic list on my production pa-5220 or pa-3050 firewalls the only address that is obtained is 0.0.0.0/32.
The IP of the MindMeld server is in the same subnet as the management IP of the firewalls, the firewall on the ubuntu 16.04 server hosting MindMeld has been turned off. Can anyone help?

Hi @jnye,
if the feed contains IPs you don't need "?v=panosurl". That is used only for feeds of URLs to make them compatible with PAN-OS URL patterns.
Did you commit the PAN-OS config with at least a policy referencing the EDL?

I have the same problem with my o365-any-any-ipv4 feed. When going directly to the feed URL, it has all the expected IP ranges however; inside the Dynamic IP List on the firewall, it only shows 0.0.0.0/32

From my troubleshooting, the best I can determine is that it has something to do with the PA and how it pulls the results from MindMeld. Still looking for a solution.

I did commit the changes but, I did not create a policy referencing the EDL. I will try that and see what happens.

After adding the MindMeld EDL to a security policy rule, and committing the changes, the list started to be populated by results from MindMeld.
