Well I'm pretty sure it's right in the sense that /mnt/swm doesn't appear to be a PA directory. I would delete of the image and redownload it and try again and see if you get the same error.

Well,

I've already tried your fix with: 7.1.9 reinstall, 7.1.8 downgrade, 7.1.9-h4, 7.1.10 upgrade,

disk space cleaned

all the time the same error

i.e.

show jobs id 545

Enqueued              Dequeued           ID                              Type                         Status Result Completed

Really no response ?

Nobody's facing this issue ?

 Also support ?

Wierd...

@RavKam,

Have you opened a case with TAC?

not yet as assumed that :

-it's quite common issue

-never had such problem during past 6 upgrades

but looks like I'm the first hit by this...

What model firewall are you having problem with? I had similar problems with PA-200 which I had to RMA. Then there is this:

https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/PA200ValidationTool

There is an issue with some of the PA-200's and their SSDs.
