Hello~ everyone

Have the used Windows 7 Enterprise?

as far as We know that IE has installed Windows basically

The Windows version is 7 Enterprise x64

IE is 8.0

We know that When PA set something we have to click object, device, policy etc,,,

so,, Object Tab select and than we can look left there are many menus

when some of the menu something click in left Menu Frame

suddenly The Web UI change screen in Dashboard,, Smiley Sad

Other Windows Version or Other Explorer Version environment is working properly in Web UI;;

some body help me~

More than that... which I agree with Mikand and PanOs.... the IE (or any browser) is a client connecting to a server page.

If IE is not displaying correctly, it has gotten the info from the FW, but not showing it correctly.

thats  a browser issue and nothing that PA can do to fix that...  sorry

Two things:

- what happend when you enable compatibility mode?

- why you dont upgrade IE to latest 10 version yet?

Hello~

before that Customer used to PAN OS 4.1.9

recently upgraded 4.1.9 -> 5.0.6

Since PAN OS 5.0.6 had been problem;;

and The Company can't use other IE Version that relativeness program development environment on this account

IF IE set compatibility mode

Can this IE issue like this problem  solve?

I agree with mikand.

Wasting time to fix explorer issue....

ie ver 10 will also work fine.
