Panorama VM can't add Virtual Disk if disk's space is more 200G

Hi all,

I use Panorama VM to management Palo Alto Firewall.

I met a problem. I can't add virtual disk if disk's space is over 200G.

If i add 200G, it's ok

But if i ad 300G, VMware show error mesage

Pls help know where i was wrong.

I assume you have the vm powered down during the process.  Are you following the steps outlined starting on page 18 in the Panorama Admin guide?

I turned off Panorama, but it still failure.

That looks like it would be an issue.  According to VMware kb1003565

  • Note: vSphere 5.0 and later releases have a block size of 1 MB only.
