I have multiply firewalls but all the 3 firewalls holding different set of rules, in this case how panorama will help to manage centralzied.

If every firewall has unique rules then Panorama may not be that useful in that regard. However, if you have some shared objects like address objects, security profiles, etc. then those can certainly be centrally managed. Morover, Panorama adds other benefits such as centralized traffic and threat logging, increased logging capacity over individual box logging, centralized management console over device management, dynamic updates, software upgrades, etc. A summary of Panorama benefits can be found here.
